OCC Covid-19 PROTOCOLS

The OCC is committed to looking after our patients, osteopaths and admin staff’s safety during Covid.

We are carrying out heightened cleaning regimes – to ensure points of contact routinely touched are regularly disinfected.

Our plinths are covered with disposable covers and are changed after each patient and the plinth cleaned with an anti-viral solution.

Proper hand-washing and disinfectant application is mandatory and hand sanitizer gel is available in the reception and the clinic areas. Face masks are optional.

Patients should arrive 3-5 minutes before their appointment, and appointments are only carried out when pre-booked.

Disinfectant hand-wash is available on all basins in the toilets.

The toilets will be cleaned frequently – the surface/handle of the toilet doors, and the toilets in general. Regular checks are carried out by our reception team.
